Who handles your data

The service provider identified below is responsible for personal data processed through BORETS LAB. Use the contact form for privacy questions and requests.

Information we use

We process your name, email, training background, registration date, access status, viewing progress and comments to run the school, provide sign-in and answer your questions. When you use the contact form, we also process the name, reply email and message you submit to handle your request.

Technical information needed for operation and abuse prevention may be processed, including request and security records. Once payments are enabled, we will also process subscription status and payment references needed to provide access and meet recordkeeping obligations.

Purpose and visibility

We use the information to provide the service you request, handle support, protect the site and comply with legal obligations. Your email and contact-form message are not published. Other members can see your name and comments below releases.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your language. Articles, release updates and news are optional: select the checkbox at registration or change your preference in your account. You can unsubscribe through the link in each message. Unsubscribing from updates does not prevent essential sign-in or account messages.

Service providers

Bunny.net delivers video, Resend sends emails, and Sites / Cloudflare hosts the site and data. These providers may process data in other countries. LiqPay will handle payment information when payments are activated; payment details will be entered in its payment interface.

If you choose WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram, your interaction with that messenger is also subject to its own privacy terms.

YouTube players may load when you open a video page; Instagram embeds load when you choose to open them. Those services receive the connection information required to display their content and apply their own privacy policies. Public thumbnails may load from the original provider. Optional article emails are sent only with your consent.

Your optional profile and website statistics

After confirming your email, you may add a phone number, a social link or handle, preferred contact channel, country, age range and training role. Every field is optional. These are your own details: parents should not enter a child’s contact details or age. The school team can see this information in its protected client directory for support and school administration. You can edit or clear it in your account. Adding a contact does not subscribe you to marketing emails; newsletter consent remains separate.

Public-page statistics are collected automatically by BORETS LAB, without an analytics consent popup, advertising trackers or analytics cookies. We record public page paths, a referring domain or campaign tags, approximate country provided by Cloudflare, and a random navigation-session identifier held only in page memory. Reloading the page, opening a new tab, or 30 minutes without a measured page starts a new session. The identifier is not saved in cookies or browser storage and is not linked to a school account. Analytics does not store raw IP addresses, email addresses, account identifiers, full referring URLs, or private account and payment page paths.

Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control and a refusal previously saved in this browser prevent collection. No new analytics preference or identifier is written to browser storage. Reporting uses a rolling 90-day window. Older traffic records are removed by automated daily cleanup, also checked when visits or reports are processed. Blocking future measurement does not immediately erase earlier records. Account, payment and learning records used to run the school are separate from public-page statistics; permission for newsletters remains separate.

Retention and your requests

We keep profile data while your account is active. Contact correspondence is kept for handling and resolving the request and for any legally required retention period. After a valid deletion request, we remove or anonymize data that no longer needs to be retained, except records required for legal obligations or resolving existing disputes.

Use the contact form to request access to your data, a copy, correction or deletion, or to raise an objection or ask about other rights under applicable law. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request. You can also contact the competent data-protection authority. Withdrawing permission for optional emails does not affect prior lawful processing.
