Access, payment and cancellation terms

Current availability

BORETS LAB is preparing to launch paid access. Payments and automatic renewals are not active. Creating or verifying a profile does not charge you and does not unlock paid lessons. We will announce when subscriptions become available.

What membership includes

Membership provides personal online access to the published BORETS LAB video library across all four disciplines, Ukrainian and English audio, lesson cards and questions to the team under releases. An internet connection and a compatible browser are required. Lessons are streamed; membership does not grant the right to download or redistribute them.

The planned prices for new subscriptions are 1340 UAH per month or 13400 UAH per year. The annual plan is paid upfront for twelve months at the price of ten monthly payments, saving two months. Access will begin after successful payment and last for the paid period.

Payment and automatic renewal

LiqPay is the planned payment provider. New subscriptions will be charged a fixed amount in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH). Before you authorize a payment, checkout will show the amount, currency, billing period and automatic-renewal terms. Any USD equivalent shown on the site is indicative, calculated using the National Bank of Ukraine official exchange rate; it is not the charge currency. Your card issuer may use a different exchange rate and apply fees, so the amount in your card currency may differ. No payment is currently being collected.

After payments are activated, a new recurring plan will renew every month at 1340 UAH or every year at 13400 UAH only if you expressly agree to automatic renewal at checkout. The next billing date and the terms you accept will be provided before your first payment. Registering a profile is not authorization for a card charge.

If a subscription was created earlier, its amount, currency, billing interval and accepted terms remain those agreed at its checkout. Publishing new prices does not automatically convert or reprice that subscription.

Canceling renewal

Once subscriptions are active, you can request cancellation through the contact form before your next billing date. Use the email associated with your account so we can identify the subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains available until the end of the period already paid for. We will confirm the cancellation.

Canceling renewal does not by itself create a refund for an unused part of the paid period. This does not limit any right to withdraw, obtain a refund or use another remedy under applicable consumer law.

Failed payments and refunds

A failed payment does not extend your paid period. Access already paid for remains valid until that period ends. Any retry procedure will be explained before you subscribe.

If access is not delivered, the service does not match the agreement, or you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us through the form. We will review the request and provide the remedies required by applicable law, which may include restoring access, reducing the price or refunding an eligible payment. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed with you, within the applicable legal time limits.

Using the school

Access is personal. Do not share accounts or redistribute videos. Questions and constructive discussions are welcome; the team may hide spam, abuse or other people’s personal data.
